Early Talk 0-3

Welcome to the 0-3 Programme.

Early Talk 0-3 is I CAN’s support programme for the communication development of children under the age of three.

Over the last year I CAN have been developing the 0-3 programme and is currently piloting individual resources. The whole programme will be fully piloted between March 2010 and March 2011.

Four Children’s Trusts have been identified to be involved in the pilot phase – Hartlepool, Reading, Ealing and Devon.
