Please read: Important notes for applicants
Course bookings
- Please note that places on I CAN Training courses are limited and we will treat all bookings strictly in date-received order. If a course is full, we will contact you to offer you a place on the next available course, or place you on a waiting list if appropriate.
- We will send you a confirmation email with directions and timings within 21 days of receiving your booking. Your invoice will be posted to the address stated on the booking form.
Payments
- Payments must be received in full prior to the start of the course.
- If the course is not full, you are guaranteed a place if we receive full payment with the booking form. If an invoice is requested, your place is not guaranteed until payment has been received. Where payment has not been received, delegates will not be permitted to attend.
Cancellations/transfers to other courses
- All cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable). If less than 21 working days notice is given, the full course fee will be charged.
- If you make a late booking (i.e. received by I CAN less than 21 days before the course), you will be subject to the same policies, and payment will still be required even if you do not attend the course.
- Participants may transfer to an alternative course at no extra cost up to 21 working days before the training commences. However, participants must be aware they will be charged the difference for more expensive courses.
- Participants may give their place on a course to an alternative participant at any time at no extra cost, as long as the individual is eligible to attend and the I CAN Training have been informed.
- Failure to attend a reserved course will not entitle a participant to a refund or a transfer.
- I CAN reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. Should this occur, delegates will be given as much notice as possible and will be offered an alternative date, a different course, or a refund. I CAN will not be responsible for reimbursing travel or accommodation.
