I CAN employs approximately 200 people across the UK in a wide range of interesting and stimulating roles.These vary from speech and language therapists, teachers and care workers to research and project work, fundraisers, marketeers and finance positions.

I CAN is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We therefore carry out appropriate vetting and verification of qualifications, employment history and experience on all staff.

Whilst much of our work involves directly working with children, families and young people, we also offer opportunities in areas that support our work. For instance, in marketing, fundraising, human resources, training and finance.

Volunteering with I CAN

We are always looking for committed, enthusiastic volunteers to help us in our work at our schools in Nottinghamshire and Surrey, or at our central office in London.
