Visit our public discussion board for school staff to discuss issues relating to the Primary Talk Accreditation package:

  • Management issues
  • Training
  • Adapting the curriculum and learning environment
  • Working with parents and outside agencies
  • Monitoring the development of pupil’s speech, language and communication skills and evaluating the impact of Primary Talk on the school environment.

How to access the discussion board:

The Primary Talk discussion group is based within the I CAN-hosted Talking Point website. Follow the instructions below to join:

1. To access the discussion group you will need to register for the Talking Point forum.

2. Once you have registered for the Talking Point forum simply email info@talkingpoint.org.uk with the subject line "Please add me to the Primary Talk discussion group!"

3. You will receive an email advising you that you can now access the discussion board.

4. Go to the Primary Talk discussion forum!
