Workplace Training

I CAN is experienced in designing and delivering a range of courses to give practitioners knowledge, skills and confidence in working with children and young people who have speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).

Workplace training is cost effective and time efficient as it is delivered at a time and place convenient to you. It enables your staff to share learning and quickly implement changes in practice ensuring maximum impact on children.

I CAN Provides:

• Tutors who are leading practitioners, experts and academics drawn from the fields of communication and education
• Course materials including useful resources, visual aids and handouts
• Six months follow up support
• Training evaluation

You Provide:

• A suitable venue
• Presentation equipment (typically a laptop, an overhead projector for PowerPoint screen and flipchart)
• Refreshments and lunch for participants
