Monthly Theme - Workforce



Knowledge about children’s speech, language and communication is crucial for everyone working with children. Yet the recent Communication Trust workforce survey reported that across a wide range of jobs and positions, only a third of respondents felt very confident in supporting children’s language development and approximately half reported that they had little or no training.
