Can you help us Make Chatter Matter with your story?
Raising awareness is a hugely important part of Make Chatter Matter. Add your voice to the campaign by telling us your stories about communication disability and the importance of good speech, language and communication skills. This will enable us to highlight its importance and impact on individuals and families.
- Are you a parent/ sibling/ grandparent of a child with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN)?
- Are you a parent that has worked hard to foster good communication skills in your child?
- Are you a young person or adult with SLCN that wants to tell your story?
- Are you a professional/ volunteer that works with children with communication problems?
- Do you have a brother or sister with a communication difficulty? How has this impacted on you?
- What does it mean to be a grandparent of a child who is struggling to communicate? What have you done to help?
Whatever your story, we want to hear from you. True story accounts are vital in helping us raise awareness amongst the media, MP’s and parliamentarians and the general public.
Please email media@ican.org.uk with a brief overview of your story, with details of how and when to best contact you.
