Welcome to the 0-3 Programme. Early Talk 0-3 is I CAN’s programme aimed at supporting children’s communication development under the age of three. Over the last year, I CAN has been developing the 0-3 programme. We will be piloting individual resources from January 2010 and the whole programme between March 2010 and March 2011. There will be a full academic evaluation of the pilot phase.
